Claus works with food safety and risk analysis at the Danish Agricultural & Food Council. He focuses on facilitating the development of coherent and risk-based approaches to food safety management, often as a chair for international activities in Codex, IDF and ISO. Claus has contributed to the development of numerous Codex standards.
