Emma Hooker began her career in the dairy industry, producing artisan dairy products for the retail and wholesale gourmet market. She has extensive knowledge of HACCP and food safety protocols, cheese production from harvesting to maturation, and product development from concept design to marketing. Emma has a master’s degree in human nutrition and public health.
