酪蛋白磷酸肽

水解乳清蛋白Lacprodan® DI-2021中含有22%的酪蛋白磷酸肽 (CPP),是乳酪蛋白中的一种天然成分,这种生物活性肽对于钙的吸收有着重要影响, 高浓缩Lacprodan® DI-2021可以最大限度地提高钙的生物利用度。

CPP的研究已经证明在腔内pH2下具有与钙形成可溶性复合物的高能力,并具有增加某些饮食中钙吸收的能力1

体外和体内研究(在大鼠中)发现CPP对以下方面有益:

  • 骨骼健康和钙化2

  • 促进钙吸收3

  • 增强钙可溶性4

  • 减缓骨骼退化

CPP 在1-3段配方奶粉中的使用

CPP是中国食品安全标准GB 14880-2012所规定的营养强化剂,三岁以下儿童配方奶粉中的最大用量为0.3%。
