2024年7月11日，丹麦阿拉食品原料宣布，其水解乳清蛋白已获得美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）的批准，可以用于婴儿配方奶粉，帮助改善过敏问题、促进肠道健康。 经FDA确认，阿拉食品原料Peptigen®和Lacprodan®系列中的四种成分符合美国联邦法规中对蛋白胨的定义，可以用于婴幼儿营养产品中。目前，阿拉食品原料的Lacprodan® IF-3070和Lacprodan® DI-3072

2024年11月5日至7日，丹麦阿拉食品原料将在迪拜食品配料及食品加工展览会（Gulfood Manufacturing）上推出“乳清升值再利用”概念——Upcycle Your Whey to Value，展示如何将酸性乳清升值为高蛋白乳制品的优质原料，帮助乳制品行业应对可持续发展方面的长期挑战。 生产希腊酸奶和其他排乳清式发酵乳制品所用的牛奶中，有三分之二最终被作为废弃物处理。
